About this role
As a cost estimation specialist for infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for translating technical specifications, drawings, and project documents into reliable quantities and cost elements. You will prepare estimates and bid budgets, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for price, planning, and risk, and coordinate with project managers and contractors. You will work on diverse infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, utilities, and area development. The role involves both tender participation and independent bid management, where you lead the entire process from initial assessment through final presentation. Work is primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility available.
