Our mission is to partner with technology teams across BEES to deliver relevant analysis, performance metrics, and process improvements that drive operational efficiency and developer productivity. This role has evolved beyond traditional BI. You will help embed AI into how we work — from measuring performance to enabling teams with AI-assisted development. You will contribute to bees-ai-pm-os, our company-wide Product Management operating system (strategy context, skills, and AI workflows), and support initiatives that use AI to build and improve micro-frontends. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders to turn data and AI capabilities into actionable recommendations — not just static reports, but measurable changes to process, tooling, and delivery.
