About this role
Join the Existing Real Estate department as a Building Advisor, conducting inspections, maintenance assessments, and technical analyses for residential, care, utility, and homeowners' association properties. You will be the primary technical contact for clients, responsible for examining building conditions, identifying defects, and developing multi-year maintenance plans with cost estimates. Work involves NEN 2767 inspections, condition measurements, baseline surveys, and environmental monitoring. You'll prepare reports, present findings to clients, and manage project planning and execution within a collaborative team of 18 professionals.
What you'll likely bring
- Conduct building inspections and condition assessments on residential, care, and utility properties
- Document and evaluate defects, moisture issues, and technical condition
- Develop multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP/DMJOP) with cost estimates and maintenance scenarios
- Perform baseline measurements, surface area determinations (NEN 2580), and environmental/vibration monitoring
- Prepare and present technical reports and findings to clients
- Plan, prepare, and execute projects
- Manage and supervise project activities
