About this role
Join a newly forming care team at Steenselwijk 3 as a specialist care guide. You will support clients in their daily routines, recognize their individual needs, and adapt your approach accordingly—from offering comfort during breakfast to providing stability during moments of stress. Your role includes assisting with activities of daily living (ADL care), observing clients closely to understand what matters to them, and collaborating with colleagues and treatment professionals to implement care plans. You'll help create a safe, home-like environment while fostering client independence and building a strong team culture from the ground up.
