As a Specialist Care Companion at Lunet Zorg, you provide personalized support to clients based on their individual care plans. Your role involves assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and eating, while creating a safe and comfortable environment where clients feel seen and heard. You work closely with colleagues and other specialists (behavioral experts, speech therapists, doctors) to deliver both somatic and behavioral care. You contribute to clients' wellbeing through daily interactions—from breakfast conversations to evening walks—and participate in general team responsibilities to maintain a welcoming home environment.
