About this role
Support young people aged 10-23 with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities at a residential care facility in the Kempen region. You will provide structured guidance and create a safe home environment where residents can develop life skills and prepare for adulthood. Work alongside an experienced, collaborative team that values humor and genuine commitment to the young people's growth.
