About this role
As a caregiver, you provide personalized support to residents with various disabilities in a calm, green residential setting. You work collaboratively with colleagues to implement care plans, create a comfortable home environment, and help residents with daily activities at their own pace. Your role involves emotional attunement—knowing when to offer encouragement, comfort, or space. You work shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (no night shifts), always paired with colleagues, ensuring both quality resident care and work-life balance.
