About this role
Join aaff as a business advisor for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Goes. You will serve as a strategic sparring partner for entrepreneurs, helping them achieve their ambitions across strategy, financial insights, process optimization, and team development. Your work spans budgeting, organizational change management, strategic planning, and internal collaboration improvement. You'll analyze complex business challenges, ask critical questions, and provide concrete recommendations. You'll work collaboratively within a team of experienced advisors and have opportunities to grow your role and contribute to aaff's market position through client acquisition and service promotion.
