We are recruiting a Battery Test & Validation Engineer to support the development of next-generation electric vehicle (EV) battery systems . This role focuses on the design verification (DV) and validation of battery packs , playing a key part in a major electrification programme across advanced vehicle platforms. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution Create detailed test instructions based on engineering and customer requirements Coordinate testing with internal and external test facilities Ensure validation activities meet defined standards and targets Battery Validation & Fault Finding Analyse battery test data to assess performance and validate requirements Identify faults and non-compliance , supporting root cause investigation Recommend corrective actions Pack Build &
