Join an asphalt crew at Dura Vermeer Infra Asfalt as a Balkman (beam operator), working on diverse infrastructure projects across South Holland, Zeeland, and western North Brabant. You'll operate asphalt-laying equipment on projects ranging from highways to bicycle paths and airports. The role involves coordinating with asphalt workers and compactor operators to ensure proper layer thickness and quality. The company is transitioning to emission-free asphalt operations, offering the opportunity to work with one of their first zero-emission asphalt spreaders. You'll contribute to a collaborative team environment with direct communication and shared responsibility for safety and machine maintenance.
