THE ROLE: The Associate, Programmatic is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance of programmatic media campaigns for one of DEPT®'s largest enterprise clients. Working closely with Managers, Associate Directors, Directors, and cross-functional partners, this role helps ensure campaigns are activated accurately, monitored effectively, and optimized against client goals. This role is designed for an early-career marketer who is eager to learn the fundamentals of programmatic media, campaign performance management, and data-driven decision making.
