Will you be a part of the team? About the role As Associate General Counsel , you will be a key, early member of Flex’s growing Legal & Compliance team. Your primary mission will be to lead and own complex transactions that are critical to Flex’s business and develop solutions to scale Flex’s legal capabilities by leveraging training and technology. You’ll partner directly with the VP Legal and other senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal support to our cross-functional business partners, with a primary focus on transactions tied to Flex’s commercial structure, and occasional support on other corporate, product and business matters that come our way.  You’ll work closely with our Partnerships and Go-to-Market teams, and collaborate with our Product Counsel and Compliance teams to spot and escalate regul
