Associate Director of Logistics UK & Ireland

About the role: As Associate Director of Logistics for the UK and Ireland, you will lead the end-to-end Logistics function, with overall responsibility for team leadership, P&L management, and operational performance. You will drive efficiency, service excellence, cost optimization, and strategic execution across the logistics network, ensuring the delivery of business objectives and customer expectations throughout the two countries. You will be a part of the UK&IE SMT team and be the senior logistics POC representing your markets globally, reporting directly to the European Logistics Director.  What you will be doing: Performance Management: Owning relationships with our 3PL’s at the most senior level, with a strong focus on providing best in class delivery experience to our customers. Optimising our carrier mix to strike the right trade offs between cost and service.  Measure and drive improvements across all core logistic metrics, such as OTD,  Cost per order, Labour minutes per box. Drive strategic crisis management and risk mitigation projects to ensure minimal disruption to service.
