THE ROLE: Client Partners at DEPT® lead on all the creative work we deliver for a suite of clients and they sit in our structure alongside the other ‘Directors’ (e.g. Creative, Design). We expect an Associate Director, Client Partner to be an expert in truly understanding the clients in their portfolio’s business, challenges, goals, and SWOT. You'll represent DEPT® to our clients, adding value to relationships beyond organizational skills, doing a mixture of account management and strategic planning. This is a remote, US-based role. However, candidates must work East Coast business hours due to collaboration with our UK team.
