Associate/Analyst DC Waste This is a Full Time (ONSITE) position at the Goodyear, AZ Factor production facility The DC Waste Analyst – FF/3PL is a specialized version of the DC Waste Analyst role focused on waste identification and mitigation within Factor's fulfillment and third-party logistics network. Rather than a single DC floor, you'll work across external fulfillment and 3PL sites — monitoring inventory utilization, flagging at-risk product, and partnering with 3PL operators to reduce waste before it occurs. Responsibilities Monitor inventory positions and product utilization across FF and 3PL partner sites to identify waste risk in real time Coordinate with 3PL operators and Factor's internal logistics team to intervene on at-risk inventory — including near-expiry product, excess stock, and slow-moving SKUs Track and document waste events across the FF/3PL network, including root cause and resolution Support waste projection modeling by providing accurate, timely data on inventory status across external sites Analyze cross-site waste trends within the FF/3PL network and surface patterns to the Waste Manager Maintain inventory data accuracy for FF/3PL positions in ERP/WMS systems; flag discrepancies promptly Partner with the 3PL Strategy team and DC Waste Manager on network-level waste reduction initiatives Contribute to regular waste reporting cadences with data from FF and 3PL locations Required Qualifications 2+ years in supply chain operations, inventory management
