About this role
Join a care team at Donksbergen residential park in Duizel, supporting residents with varying support needs including those with intellectual disabilities. As an assistant caregiver, you'll work alongside colleagues to create a safe, welcoming home environment while responding to individual resident needs. You'll provide daily care and guidance based on personalized plans, assist with activities of daily living, and handle practical tasks. Work shifts run between 07:00–22:00 (no night shifts), always paired with colleagues rather than working alone.
