About this role
As an asphalt technologist, you will oversee and enhance the quality of asphalt products by analyzing test results and evaluating asphalt mixtures. You'll translate findings into practical improvements for production and field execution, working closely with the laboratory, production teams, and external partners. You'll provide technical advice on mixtures, processes, and quality matters, identify optimization and sustainability opportunities, and quickly diagnose and resolve deviations. The role offers autonomy to influence technical decisions and contribute to innovative, future-proof asphalt solutions.
