About this role
Lead the daily execution of asphalt paving projects and work phases. Oversee site operations to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Enforce safety and health regulations, implement safety procedures, and conduct inspections to identify risks and prevent accidents. Quality-check completed work against required standards and take corrective action when needed. Report variations in scope to the client and project manager. Keep stakeholders informed of financial progress and compliance with procedures and safety standards. Mentor and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and support their development.
