Analyst, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence Summary/Objective: The Operational Excellence (OpEX) team is constructing a foundational, scalable, and agile operations platform for Factor that supports market share growth and enables best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for an Analyst, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence to join the team. You will be working on cross-functional transformation projects for our Factor business. Within this role you will provide analyses and support projects aimed at solving complex problems impacting our operations and customer experience. Reporting to the Associate Director, OpEX, you will play a key role in improving Customer Experience and errors reporting, data consolidation, and troubleshooting any issues as they arise. You will work closely with local and network planning, launch teams, automation and engineering, and maintenance, reliability, and engineering (M&RE) teams to improve the critical input metrics for the DC by prioritizing and channeling resources to address gaps in these inputs. Essential Functions Provide analytics on a variety of fulfillment and customer topics, including customer reported errors, forecasted volumes, and fulfillment planning inputs.
