Join Adyen's Finance Data & Technology team in Amsterdam as an AI Transformation Manager. In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows and agentic systems for finance operations. You'll establish evaluation frameworks and validation processes to ensure AI solutions are production-ready, trustworthy, and operate within governance and security requirements. Your work will involve optimizing data foundations and defining standards for scaling AI across finance teams.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI-driven workflows in production environments
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security frameworks, and data governance requirements
- Ability to establish evaluation and validation frameworks for AI systems
