Sweco Architects seeks an experienced road management advisor to join their team supporting over 100 municipalities and government bodies with public space management. You will work on diverse projects involving asset management, tool development for maintenance-conscious design, and themes such as greening, climate adaptation, and circular economy. The role involves advising clients on policy development, planning, budgeting, and road inspections, while considering evolving mobility needs, innovation, and climate challenges. Depending on your interests, you may also contribute to improving management processes and organizational structures, and serve as Sweco's primary contact for road management services.
What you'll likely bring
