About this role
Join Sweco Architects' Urban Projects South team as a spatial development advisor. You will work on planning and development projects across the Netherlands, from rural areas to urban centers, creating solutions for housing challenges and environmental planning. Based in Zeeland, you'll serve as a liaison between project initiators and municipalities, developing substantiated plans and coordinated solutions. You'll monitor industry developments, coordinate research, and build relationships with clients and partners while collaborating with planners, designers, traffic engineers, and civil technicians.
