Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive expertise in organizational systems, workflows, and financial processes to support operational excellence. Ensure full compliance with accounting policies, corporate reporting standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Review and oversee the work of finance team members to ensure efficient and smooth execution of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions. Manage monthly financial closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end accounts. Monitor and maintain proper tracking of fixed assets and inventory movements. Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and in accordance with statutory deadlines. Ensure appropriate revenue and expense recognition in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries on statutory compliance matters, corporate tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
