The Team You'll Work With This role is on the Private Equity sales team, working to strategically grow Carta's presence into private equity. The team works with both investment firms and their portfolio companies. Carta has developed an ownership management platform exclusively for Private Equity Firms and their portfolio company management teams — including the first and only Advanced Scenario Modeling tool capable of handling the most complex Private Equity waterfalls. This empowers deal teams, valuations teams, and management teams to improve accuracy and time-to-insight for their most important strategic decisions.
