Purpose Lead agency teams and client partners in the development and delivery of strategic and creative initiatives, solving complex business challenges. Responsibilities Leadership Build growth-oriented, trusting client relationships that go beyond social and build a hunger for breakthrough ideas. Partner with Group Account Director to help guide, advise, assist, and stimulate account team members by way of day-to-day coaching, regular feedback, and development conversations. Make proactive recommendations on growth opportunities for accounts directed. Manage expectations internally and externally through business savvy and effective communications. Partner with creative and strategic leaders to create business-generating and award-winning work for our clients. Account Management Day-to-day business lead on all accounts directed.  Lead planning and execution of strategic and creative initiatives in accordance with client’s objectives and budget limitations. Contribute to the analysis and understanding of business results; contribute to the development of competitive landscape assessments and account plans. Monitor client, competitive, and category news and be responsible for reporting to the internal team on a regular basis. Contribute to the development of case studies on the brand you work on, supporting the team in the creation of creative award show entries.
