About this role
Lead the development and operational management of an internal academy program. You will structure learning pathways, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support trainees through their progression toward successful careers in IT. You report to the Employee Journey Manager, work across business units, internal trainers, external partners, and recruitment teams. Initial focus includes scaling the academy program, organizing practical delivery, and ensuring smooth alignment between recruitment, onboarding, training, and career progression.
